The stamp printed on your pivot housing indicates that each assembly carries 8 pounds. That means your sash weight should be 16 pounds, but I highly recommend that you check that just to be safe. If it is 16 pounds, then you can use two S180-04 springs per side. These carry 4 pounds each, so two per side comfortably adds up to 16 pounds of total support.

It also looks like you need a new pivot bar, but I can't ID what you have from these photos. I would need to see an undamaged version in order to make a suggestion.
