Channel Balance Replacement/Traco Window

Hi Please see photos of the balancer we are trying to locate, or if there is a viable replacement alternative that will work.

Please notify me as soon as possible if there are any remedies you can think of.

One Swisco agent sent me a picture of the shoe with the roller in it, asking if I had one of those shoes.
There's 2 wheels at the bottom just not part of the plastic shoe, they're set inside the metal channel

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe we may be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also confirm the number of balances you'd like to purchase?

Theres no stamp on the metal channel, and we would need 2 of these balancers. If theres a couple that you think are close or a posible match we'd like to just purchaseeach of them and try them out, see if one of them is a match

Since there aren't any stamps, can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight?

40 to 45LBS. with glass,

about 15 to 20LBS. for the window frame only (no glass)

I'm sorry to say we will need the exact sash weight. Estimates won't suffice as this will need to be a custom order since your balance assembly is different from what we carry. We must be thorough as custom orders are nonrefundable.

If you haven't already, you could check the balance on the other side or an identical window's balance to see if one of them has an intact stamp.

20 LBS frame only with no glass, were fine with it not being refundable, just need to get moving on this with something

Are you able to give us the precise sash weight with the glass? I understand that you're likely on a time crunch but balances calibrated for a 20-pound sash will only work if the sash with glass is 20 pounds. I know you gave the 40-45 pound weight before but I'm afraid we can't accept weight ranges. Additionally, can you confirm the length of the metal channel?
