Balancer for aluminum window

A home owner from Portland, TX says:

Good afternoon - I'm looking to replace this part for an aluminum window in a house built in 2006. There are no other identifying marks other than the 27D BSI RG. We had some glass replaced and the glass guy said he'd install the replacement for me if I could find it!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Sara. This looks like our S795-27, with a stamp option of 27D. However, your balances have a hook at the top to attach to the window jamb, whereas ours use a screw clip. We can build balances for you that have that hook instead without issue; but first, can you show me a picture of the hole in the window jamb that the hook connects to? Its shape might give you another solution. Also, how many balances do you need?
