Balancer for double hung windows came undone

Hi, I attached images for the components I need. The top window piece is falling down and it appears the metal coil came out of the casing for the balancer.

I was searching your catalog but couldn't seem to find the component that exactly matches mine. Can you please help me locate it so I can order it, I measured the metal encasement at 18 inches and the thin coil at 19 inches.
