Balancer for single hung milgard window

Question

I would please need help to identify this balance for a single hung milgard window that failed. It's 1/2 inch wide and 30" long (metal part); it's 31" long with the plastic top and bottom parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel. You'll have to use an undamaged balance as a reference.
