Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to confirm the width and depth of the metal channel?

I just want to confirm that one window sash uses 17" metal channels and another sash uses 19" metal channels ? Can we have both sash weights per balance length? The sash will need to be weighed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!

Yes one stash uses a 17" balancer and the inside sash uses a 19" balancer. I will get a weight on the stash's as soon as possible.

Great thank you,

Please also confirm the width and depth of the metal channel to move forward.

Both the upper and lower sash are approximately 10#. They measure 20 1/4" x 28". The balancers are 7/16"x 7/16" square.

Thank you,

It appears your balance use the 15-043 terminal clip at the end of the pulley cord that engages with the pivot shoe. For the pivot shoe, compare the style and dimensions of the 15-173 to see how it matches up to your original.

Dimensions for 15-173
Dimensions for 15-173

As for the channel balance. It appears that it installs at the top with a S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030. Now for the sizing of the channel, we can provide a skinnier ribbed custom channel balance that is 7/16" by 7/16". Precise dimensions shown below. Please compare to your original to confirm a good fit!

I wanted to point out that in your pictures, the width and depth appear larger at 9/16", which would actually be the Series 751 channel with the 19-043 terminal clip attached. But pictures can be deceiving when it comes to measurements so I cannot confirm. Please double check the width/depth and confirm the exact sizing needed as if incorrect the balance will not fit in the window channels correctly.

Both of these configurations would require custom orders. Once we determine the sizing, I can send over pricing. Was the 20-1/4" by 28" the sizing of the window? I believe you need 17" and 19" length channels correct?
