With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 2240 spring strength option for your balances based on your stamp number.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you Tom,
I realized I have another one that I would like to replace as well and need help identifying.

This is also 1/2 inch width.
24 & 5/8" length without shoes.

The stamp reads: 23 5 B.S.I. PJ

The bottom shoe has a pulley and measures 1&1/16th" in depth and 1&7/8" in height.

Hello again! This is a specific kind of balance that will have to be a special order. The key detail is the wheel built into the pulley shoe, as well as extra travel in the cord.

Before we begin, can you show me a picture of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord? Yours appears to be missing, but we need to see that hook before we continue. Let me know!

A quick learner from Tacoma says:
thanks again Tom. It looks like this one is broken and or bent. It may have happened when I removed it. If needed I can take out the other side to photograph it.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

This is perfect, thank you. I know exactly what this is. Now, the hook that will come with ours is a little different, but it will still function the same way.

Please give us a little time to confirm the availability of this Series. Once we have, I'll email you an order link and price quote.
