Balancer needed for Silverline window

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a suitable replacement for your existing coil balance assembly but I'll need to see the assembly removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement. I am especially looking to see a photo of the pivot shoe.

You'll also need to remove the compatible coils from the window to confirm the stamps from the metal coils as well as the measurement for the width of each coil. I believe the sash may weigh 40lbs, given the stamp on the cover but the number is cutoff, so I'd like to be sure.
