I need to get parts to fix this window. The sash size is 19" wide and 29" tall. It is a wooden sash. Thank you

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, your balance is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an undamaged version removed from the window, including both end fitting and the stamp code on the metal channel, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
