Balancer question

Question

I have balancers that are missing. I measured from the bottom edge of the Single hung to the bottom of of the balancer clip (please seeattached) @ 21.5. Would you be able to tell me what size I should order? Please let me know.

Thanks for reaching out! Do you have any similar windows in the home that still have balance in them?

I'm afraid the best way for us to identify the balances needed for your window would be see photos of the existing hardware. The black part you've shown a photo of is the top sash guide. Unfortunately, we would not be able to identify the exact balance you need using that part.
