Balancer replacement

It has the numbers 27" 40lbs. One of the pictures it shows a shoe that needs to be on the end of the balancer.

Hello,

As long as both ends have winged attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Our stock options for these balances will only support a sash up to 39 pounds. If yours weighs exactly 40 pounds, we can still supply replacements but it would need to be a custom order. We would just need to confirm the numbers stamped on the balances channels, as well as the number of balances you need. Note that the minimum for custom orders would be two. Thank you!
