Balancer replacement parts

Looking for parts. Many places said the rod was too thin, wondering if you have the parts. The imprint on the rod 13B and P.S.I or B.S.I PO. Not sure. The window size 33.3/4 inches height and 28.5 inch width. All windows in the house has the same issue where it doesn't stay up. The windows sizes varies in the house

Thanks for writing in! This window balance can be replaced with the S800-14 Channel Balance. The 13B stamp will support a sash weighing 7 to 12lbs.

These balances are of limited supply and will be discontinued once we deplete stock.

We have 12 windows with different sizes. Is the 13B the thickness of the rod? If I have different sizes of the window, do I have to measure the length of the actual rods or the height of the actual window? I believe all my windows use the same thickness as the one on the picture but just different sizes.
please advise.

The 13B is the stamp option. It indicates the weight range a balance should be able to support. Please see the weight range mentioned above for reference. There is also a chart below the product description of the balances.

These balances have a 3/8" channel width.

I'll need to know the balance lengths and stamps from the other balances to confirm their availability. This balance series is of limited supply, so all of them aren't available.

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
