Balancer shoe

Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement coil balance shoe for your assembly. Although, I'll need to see the hardware removed from the window to make the best possible recommendation.

Also, considering the damaged to the shoe, it would be a good idea to examine coil balance springs to be sure that they do not need to be replaced as well as the pivot bar on the bottom of the of the sash.
