Balancer shoe for Reynolds vinyl window

Hi I'm a home owner who's window balancer shoe broke.

Could you please help me identify this part replacement? I'd like to order it.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Stefan. Based on your photos here I believe our 15-228 pivot shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick, will work for your window sash. Just make sure that the size is the same. It's also designed to work with our 1/2" wide 160 coil spring.
