Balancer spring clip holds the metal prong in place

This part is a small plastic clip that holds the metal prong attached to the string inside of the window balance. I didn't see this part available anywhere on your store site.

Unfortunately, we do not carry parts to repair the spring and pulley system. We would need to see the entire balance to compare to our inventory to determine if we're able to offer a replacement solution.

These piece's don't attach to a balance they keep the metal prong that is attached to the balance string from popping out of the square hole on the inside of a vinyl windows inner channel. The act as a cap over after you install a balance. They came from a window maker called insulate that went out of business or sold off.
