Balancer spring clips

Question

Hi.  Looking for replacement balancer spring clips for the pictured window brand.  Double hung windows about 25 years old.  I am thinking might be old Kolbe brand, but not sure because window only shows logo and serial number.  Thanks!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, we can not determine the balances that your window uses based on the manufacturer sticker. There's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see an undamaged balance assembly removed from your window to compare to our inventory.
