Balancer tube

I have 8 windows that crash down when I unlock them and these balancers are what is in them.there is no manufacturer name on the window that I can see and there are 4 different sized double hung windows that are not working

Hello,
Your spiral balance assembly resembles either the 3/8" diameter S900 or the 5/8" diameter S600. You'll need to confirm the length of the housing tubes needed for each window. There should also be a colored piece of plastic at the base of each balance that you'll use to choose the corresponding strength option. Take a look and review the specifications listed on both product pages to choose the correct replacements. Thanks for posting!
