Balancer with rod and spring

Thanks for reaching out to us! The spring from your balance appears to be one used in a channel balance. Unfortunately, I would not be able to use the photo provided to identify the correct replacement. That said, I'll need to see an undamaged balance, removed from the window, to determine the replacement assembly needed for your repairs.

Thanks for the photos. However, this is only a photo of the top of the spring tube and how the balance installs into the window channel. To be able to identify the exact replacement, I'll need to see a photo of complete undamaged balance, as requested above.

I'll need to see the attachment at the bottom of the balance and any other compatible hardware. You'll also need to have the balance removed to get an accurate length.
