We do not have this exact top sash guide but take a look at SWISCO product code 18-176 to see if you could use this as a substitute.

The balance looks similar to our Series 385, take a look and compare. The 2801 stamp is not familiar for this series, please remove the window sash and place it on a scale to get the weight needed to choose a stamp option.
