Balancer and Sash

Question

Hello,

One of my windows has a damaged balancer and Lock spring shoe cam. I may also have a bent T-pin in the sash. I have attached photos.

Can you tell me from the photos if I need a new sash or a new balancer?

Hi John,

I'm confident we can supply the replacement balance you need. Although, to determine the correct replacement match, I'll need to know the length of the metal channel (not including the attachments). I'll also need to see the attachment at the top of the channel and the stamp/marking on it.

If your balances do not have a stamp/marking, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
