Your spiral balance resembles either the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" tube. Match up the diameter and length of the metal tube to confirm a good fit! 

For the pivot shoe, please review and compare the dimensions of the 15-045 style. 

Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for your tilt latches, but please review the dimensions of the 26-351 pair to see how they compare to your original. We cannot guarantee a direct fit, but let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
