Thanks for your post! This window balance looks like it can be replaced with either the S351-38 or the S390-38. To determine which of these is the better match, you'll need to measure the depth of your shoe.

The stamp suggests the sash weighs 38lbs but you may want to double check. If  it doesn't, please let me know the exact weight.
