Balancers - Milestone Single Hung Series 1000

It looks like there was probably a plastic attachment on the top of the balance. What did it look like? Do you still have it, or can you photograph the top attachment on the balance from the other side of the window? The identity of the balance depends on that. You can see all the options here.
