Would like to know the availability of a set of these balancers. The window is @30" wide by 40" height.

We believe you can use our 15-228 pivot shoe with a Series 160 1/2" thick coil spring and 15-150S nylon coil spring housing. To confirm this setup for you, we'd just like to see the pivot bar that goes in the pivot shoe. Knowing the exact weight of the sash would also help.

Thank you for the information. I don't know the weight of the sash but the coil spring has a 5 printed on it. Also uploading a picture of the pivot bar.

We appreciate the additional information. I think we have everything we need in order to provide some solid recommendations. To replace your coil balance system, see if you can use the 15-228 pivot shoe, and 15-150S single support. Since your coil has a "5" stamped on it, our S160-5 should work in place of your existing spring. Look over all the parts mentioned just to make sure these will all work for you.
