1994 Milgard Window Balancers

Good morning,

I am trying to replace some widow balancers in my home. The windows are Milgard circa 1994. The uploaded is missing the spring, any help would be appreciated.

Good morning Jon,

From the looks of your balance, you have either an S380 or S385 balance. However, we will need a little more information before determining which balance you need.

The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 balances lies in the shoe.

Comparison of 15-004 and 15-005

The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.

If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be able to determine which one you need.
