It looks like you have a vinyl tilt window. Can you confirm the diameter and length of the balance tube? You don't want to measure the whole thing, plus spiral extension. You only measure the outer tube.

I believe the diameter will be 5/8" but you should confirm. If it is, see our Series 600 spiral balance. This should work as a replacement. We also suggest the 75-006 charging tool to help with installation.
