Hello! We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Specifically, it's a 1/2" wide non tilt window channel balance with a 19-041 top nylon fitting and a 15-005 bottom nylon fitting. Does that look good to you?

If so, can you tell me the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? Can you also tell me how many you need?

Once I have that information, and assuming the configuration of nylon fittings I picked out look good, I'll email you an order link and price quote for the desired quantity.
