Hi
I need to order 4 Balancers
They have 2 different numbers on each side
11600-17 and 11600-3 , I have an Anderson windows
What should I order ?

The numbers you have provided to us is a generic number given to all the sash balances. There should be a second set of numbers that are on the balance box. Those numbers are usually found on the other side of the balance. Sometimes it will include some sort of punctuation or letter in that stamped number. Please provide us with that stamped number so that we can provide you with the correct sash balance replacement.
