Balancers Needed

Hello, I have windows with bad balancers but can not find them anywhere.  Any help with be greatly appreciated in identifying and helping me find these balancers

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we aren't sure what you may have here from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us close-up photos of how it attaches to the pivot shoe? Additionally, what is the length of the metal channel?
