Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your channel balance appears to be either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe.

You can select the 2640 stamp option.

I have a 1" shoe. Thank you so much for your help! I am so excited about this! I was talking with my girlfriend and I will help her get balances for her windows soon! :)
