Balancers for older Pella Window

Question

I need to replace the balancers on a 10 year old Pella window originally installed/sold by Lowe's. The balancer is stamped 2630, I've attached pictures of both ends. Tge Pell a window part number is:

H-C35-54x96

Hi there, Shane.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. We can help with this but it will have to be a custom order due to the configuration. What I mean by this is that there's a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 26-5/8" which none of our stock balances have.

I'll just need a few more details to get this moving for you. Can you show me the metal hook at the end of the pulley cord? And can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to purchase?
