Balancers and shoes

I need to replace two balancers and two shoes on a window.

The existing balancers are 42 inches long and 3/8 of an inch in diameter with a green tip. The sash weighs 40 pounds.

Each shoe measures 1-7/8" long by 7/8" wide by 7/16" thick in its thickest portion. Inside the shoe is the notch where the pin of the sash goes in. The notch is 3/16" by 5/16". I need two shoes.

Please ask any questions -- I am sure I wasn't crystal clear from the first!
