Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your coil balance assembly removed from the window, including the pivot shoe that the coils anchor to. 

We'll also need to see a side profile photo of your glazing bead removed from the window.

Lastly, please include written-out dimensions for your tilt latch and glazing strip to help us narrow down your options.
