I am needing some replacement balances, however I do not know who the manufacturer of these windows is.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your coil balance assembly fully removed from the window, including the pivot shoe that the coils anchor to, to compare to our inventory. We'll relate a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!

This is for a 2700 series general aluminum window single hung with tilt function

Unfortunately, knowing the type of window that you have does not tell us the hardware that it uses, which is why we need to see the balance assembly fully removed from the window. Many of the parts used in windows like yours are generic, meaning that they are used by a wide range of window manufacturers.
