New Tilt Window Balances

These parts on this window are not broken but it was easier to access the balances . Once identified I need balances for a upper and lower window which I will measure

I think we can help with these balances, but these may require a custom assembly based on what I can see.

Before we go any further, can you remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me a few more photos of it without obstruction? I specifically need to see the top end, bottom end, and the hook at the end of the cord. Basically I'm chiefly interested in how it installs at the top and how it connects to the pivot shoe at the bottom.

I'll also need the length of the metal channel for the balances you want to replace, as well as the stamps printed on them. Finally, how many did you specifically need? I require a precise count for each different size and stamp. Thanks!
