Based on your photos, you have either our S390-34 or S351-34. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
Our location in Camden is not a storefront, it's just a processing facility. We will not be able to help you there.

Tom, the shoe is 15-001 So l hope that will help. S 390-34
This should be a little better identifying the parts.

I agree, that looks like it would be the S390-34. The depth of the shoe probably just wore down a little over time.
