I'm very confident that we can ID this balance for you, but before I recommend anything I will need a picture of the top nylon fitting. Thanks!

A contractor from Minnesota says:
I don't currently have a picture of the top fitting. Are there more than 2 options? If you can show me what my choices in the top nylon part are I will show them to my guy who has seen them to verify which one it is.
A contractor from Minnesota says:
We are looking for a picture that will work. Here is one looking into the top on the sash but I'm not sure if it helps.

There are many different options, yes. I'm afraid that without seeing it, I can't make a recommendation. If you have someone who can ID it for you, then I recommend looking at our complete list of 1/2" wide non-tilt channel balances here. I am confident that you have one of these, at least.

A contractor from Minnesota says:
Did you see all the photos I just posted on a reply?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I can only see the photos you've uploaded directly to this thread. Based on these photos alone, I'm not able to make a specific recommendation. I can only do that if I can see a clear picture of the top nylon fitting without obstruction.

A contractor from Minnesota says:
They are in this thread but I'll upload them again here.

Yes, you showed me these photos in your last batch. These don't tell me anything new, though. These are photos of the bottom fitting. As I explained before, I need to see the top fitting in order to help you. Only seeing one fitting won't do it, I need both.

A contractor from Minnesota says:
Oh I'm so sorry I thought it was the other end. Here are more pics.

Thank you! That is a big help. Based on these new photos, you have either our S351-37 or S390-37. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

It is telling me I need to select an option when I click on the first item you linked. I would like to just order 6 of each of those two options.
A contractor from Minnesota says:
Ok, I'll get the 3640's in each. Thank you
