I'm afraid the marking on the glass is not enough for us to make a recommendation. There is only one way to identify the proper balance replacement and that is to read a particular stamp printed on the balance box itself; the stamp in question is printed in a different style and location depending on how it was made so we will need a clear photo of each such stamp. That will allow us to pick out the right one and make our recommendation.

This does unfortunately require partial disassembly of the frame. I know that's probably more work than you wanted to put into this without having a replacement on hand, but it is necessary. The video below will show you how we do it.
