Balances

Question

Hey there,

I need new balances for these windows. Is there any how you guys can help me out which ones I need for this type of window. They're Pella windows.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of an undamaged balance fully removed from the window to determine if it is something that we can supply. Please make sure to include both ends of the metal channel and the clip at the end of the pulley cord in your photos. Thank you!
