Balances

Question

Do I have two windows that don't have the balance track in them anymore previous provider removed both of them so I can't get the numbers off the old parts because they're gone I know the track with is 9/16 in the inside length it's 27 and a half I believe. Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we have a replacement balance we can supply you with however, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Are there any similar windows in the home that do still have balances in them? I am specifically looking to see a photo of the top and bottom plastic attachments from the balance.

Once I've had a chance to take a look at the existing hardware, I'll be able to get a better idea of any other information I'll need.
