W may be able to supply this balance, but yours is too damaged to identify. This service requires an undamaged model to use as a reference. Might you have one, either from the other side of the window or an identical window elsewhere in the house?
The most important detail at this stage is the clip or shoe at the bottom of the cord. Let's start with that and work from there.
