3540 Balances

Question

Hello, I'm looking for the balances for this tilt window, says 3540, both sides are broken, looks like left side shoe is broken.

Hello again. This balance appears to be a match for our Series 770. Your pivot shoe does appear to be broken, but in order to identify the best match I need you to remove it and measure both the width and thickness. Then, respond back to me with those numbers written out and we can see what size would best fit.

Please note that a photo of a tape measure will not be sufficient. All dimensions must be written and precise on your end. The only ones we need are the width and thickness of the shoe.
