I believe that it is a 28.5, the overall height of the window is 59.5
It has a 5/16 in thick shoe and a 3/8 in spring

We may be able to help, though this balance will have to be custom made. Before we begin, can you tell me how many you need altogether?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say pins. Do you mean the pivot bars? If so, we would need to see yours in order to identify a match.

I believe our 26-318 will work. This is compatible with the custom balances we set up for you. However, you may need to drill new holes.
