Balances for Milgard Windows

Question

We replaced broken shoes with part 15-236 but the windows are still difficult to close and ended up snapping the shoes again. We would like to try replacing the entire balance and shoe. Can you recommend a part? I think we need a custom order since the balances have a hook that attaches via a small hole at the top of the window.
