Balances for a Imperial 5000 HS single hung window

A home owner from Redondo Beach, CA says:
The balances on both sides of the window were cracked off. The plastic tabs at each end were broken and could not find the pieces so am not sure if they had wings on the bottom or not. The length is 19" long. I will need to order replacements for both sides.

Thanks for sharing your photos with us. Have a look at our S351-19 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-002 balance top and 15-002 bottom balance shoe. You will need to compare your nylon fittings with ours to determine whether or not this is a a good match. The stamping on your balance is barely visible, but from what I can see, it looks like it may read "18 4". That tells us you can go with the 1840 option that holds up a sash weighing 14-17 pounds. Review everything mentioned and let us know if any other questions come up.
