Balances for a no-lift vinyl window?

Question

Balance is 1/2" wide. Metal part of balance is 27" long. If including plastic boots, the entire balance is 28" long. The bottom boot has #15P102 and a 3 below that number. The other balance's bottom boot has the same part number but a 4 below it instead. I can't seem to find any part numbers for the top boots. Stamped onto the metal part of the balance is "26 4 BO CALDWELL".

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
