Balances for traco windows

Question

Hi I have a Traco window with 23DS 38 stamped on the window balances. I cannot find the balances on your site. Can I order them? Or can I make them from parts? I would need everything new but the springs. The Top piece is 19-041 and the bottom shoe looks like 15-004.

We can custom make this for you, sure. Before we begin, can you tell me how many you need? I'd also like to know the length of the metal channel. Finally, can you give me the weight of the sash?
