You have a very old rod-style balance. They don't make these anymore, unfortunately, but the good news is that they make modern versions of all the old models. In your case, I recommend the Series 770.
You will need an undamaged balance to measure before you select the right length. It's not possible to measure these properly when they've broken like yours. You'll also need the weight of the sash to calculate spring strength.
