Hi, I don't have any photos, only a couple of stripped down sashes without balances. You can kinda see the imprint of the old balance in the paint against the jamb.
I need help choosing the correct sizes. The sash measures 22.75" tall and weighs 10.45lbs.
The channel for the balance is 1/2".
Hope you can help.
Thanks, Craig

Hi there Craig.
Thanks for reaching out to us. We can't promise this is something we can help with since the hardware is missing. Can you show us photos of the window sashes? Are they wood?

Hi Emily, yes they are wood. Here's a few pics. the plug you see in the channel in one of the photos was used in conjunction with a spring steel wing to hold some tension. Hope the pics help. Thanks

Thank you! You may be able to use the Series 500 spiral balance and 17-012 bracket (sold separately) for your wood sashes. Can you write out the visible glass height? That should help us determine the length for the replacements.

Great! the visible glass is 19.5". That includes the center trim. Top pane is 9.25" and bottom pane is 9.5".

Could you tell us the visible glass height without the trim? I'm sorry I should have been more clear before!

The trim I included is that center piece. The other two measurements are the height of each pane. 18.75" total.
