Balances rods

I never seen a single hung window that balances rods are mounted in front of window frame. All other are mounted on the left and right side. What kind of balances are they?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I'm not sure what you mean by the balances being mounted in the front. Do you mean that they're installed above the window? We would also need to see photos of your original balance assembly to determine if it is something that we can supply. Thank you!

I don't photos,yet.. You know how every balance rod are mounted on both sides left and right side of window . Now are mounted inside of window frame .facing you.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you might have based on your description alone. We would need to see detailed photos of the window and the hardware that you need to research this further.
